Learning support

RIC provides a high level of learning support for your child, to strengthen their study and ensure they reach their goals. Having the opportunity to participate in all areas of the curriculum will expand your child’s learning journey to discover different strengths and abilities.

To achieve this, Rosemary International Academy will:

♦ Academic support – for individuals and groups

  Subject teachers regularly arrange extra tutorials, especially in the weeks before examinations. These are scheduled 

  in your child’s break times, by mutual agreement.

  Your child can also have one-on-one tutorials, or extra work may be given in order to help overcome any 

  weaknesses in a subject.

♦ Tutor System – mentoring your child

  Your child will be allocated a tutor at the start of the year. This will usually be one of your child’s teachers, who will

  mentor and support your child during their      studies.
